Description

A cozy no-bake dessert featuring layers of warm spiced apples, silky caramel, and whipped cream, perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups spiced apples (diced or sliced)
  • 1 cup whipped cream or cream cheese filling
  • 1 package of mini dessert cups or small cups
  • Cinnamon (for garnish)
  • Chopped nuts or granola (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spiced apples: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are tender, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Allow the spiced apples to cool slightly.
  3. Add a tablespoon of caramel sauce to the bottom of each mini dessert cup.
  4. Layer with spiced apples, pressing lightly.
  5. Spoon or pipe the whipped cream or cream cheese filling over the apples.
  6. If desired, repeat the layers with more caramel, apples, and cream.
  7. Drizzle with extra caramel, sprinkle cinnamon, and add crunchy toppings, if using.
  8. Chill for 15-30 minutes before serving, or serve warm after assembling the bottom layers.

Notes

For longer-lasting cream stability, consider using stabilized whipped cream or a cream cheese filling. The spiced apples can be made ahead and refrigerated.
