- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup kiwi, sliced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.

- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the fruit and mix gently until all the fruit is coated.

Notes
Using full-fat cream cheese yields the best flavor and texture. Pat fruits dry to avoid excess liquid. For allergies, substitute kiwis with more strawberries.
