Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground chicken until browned.
- Add diced bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened.
- Stir in cooked rice and season with salt and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and fill it with the chicken and rice mixture along with shredded cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Heat oil in a pan and toast the burritos seam side down until crispy and golden brown.
