Description

Delicious and easy meal combining tender chicken, cheesy goodness, fresh veggies, and tasty dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Optionally, heat the wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm on a plate or in a basket. Pair with sides like potato chips, salad, or fruit. Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
