Ingredients

- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Optionally, heat the wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm on a plate or in a basket. Pair with sides like potato chips, salad, or fruit. Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
