Quick and tasty Cheesy Chicken Wraps, perfect for a busy day or fun lunch!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Add more veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
