  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (plus extra for garnish)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch cast iron skillet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add mayonnaise and sour cream, mixing until creamy.
