- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (plus extra for garnish)
- Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch cast iron skillet.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add mayonnaise and sour cream, mixing until creamy.
- Add mozzarella, Parmesan, Old Bay, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley; stir to combine.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat.
- Spread the mixture in the skillet and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden, broiling for an additional 1-2 minutes if desired.
- Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.

This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated; bake just before serving for best results.
