Description
Deliciously cheesy garlic bread, perfect as a side dish for any meal.
Ingredients

- 8–10 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Roasted garlic from above
- ½ cup butter, melted (113g)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk (60g)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sheet Rolls (or French baguette)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley and chili flakes for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut tops off garlic cloves, drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt, then wrap in foil.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until soft, then let cool and squeeze out the roasted garlic.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, roasted garlic, egg, milk, salt, paprika, and chopped parsley until well combined.
- Place sheet rolls or baguette on a baking sheet.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the rolls evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Serve hot, and feel free to sprinkle with chopped parsley and chili flakes for added flavor.
