  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
