- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 8 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For a richer sauce, consider blending mozzarella with cream cheese. Save some pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed.
