- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic aioli, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
- Place the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over each tortilla filled with the chicken mixture.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the skillet and slice in half before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a side salad, chips, or fresh veggies. Add extra garlic aioli or a dipping sauce for more flavor.
