Description

Quick and tasty wraps filled with shredded chicken, creamy garlic aioli, and melted cheese, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garlic aioli. Add salt and pepper to start.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down on a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and the cheese has melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet and slice in half. Serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
