Quick and tasty wraps filled with shredded chicken, creamy garlic aioli, and melted cheese, perfect for lunch or dinner.

- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garlic aioli. Add salt and pepper to start.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the skillet and slice in half. Serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
