Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
1/2 cup garlic aioli
1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
4 large tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix until well coated.
Lightly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and spoon an equal portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and tightly roll them up from the bottom to create a wrap.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Let the wraps cool slightly, then slice in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
