- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix until well coated.
- Lightly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and spoon an equal portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and tightly roll them up from the bottom to create a wrap.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Let the wraps cool slightly, then slice in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
