Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Once heated through, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay out each tortilla and layer with the chicken mixture, shredded cheese, and chopped lettuce.
- Drizzle ranch dressing if desired.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and place seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time and add flavor. Avoid overstuffing the wraps for easy rolling.
