Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Once heated through, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Lay out each tortilla and layer with the chicken mixture, shredded cheese, and chopped lettuce.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing if desired.
  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly and place seam-side down in the skillet.
  7. Cook over medium heat until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
