- Salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika (for seasoning)
Vegetables & Flavor:
- 1 cup sliced brown mushrooms
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Cheese:
- 4 slices mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
Wrap:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- Optional: garlic parmesan cream sauce (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Sear in olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Slice or shred into bite-sized pieces.
- Make Garlic Butter Mushrooms: In a skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add mushrooms, season lightly, and cook until browned and tender. Stir in chopped parsley.
- Assemble the Wrap: Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Layer mozzarella slices, cooked chicken, mushroom mix, and a sprinkle of parmesan. Optionally drizzle with garlic parmesan cream sauce.
- Fold and Cook: Wrap tightly like a burrito. Toast seam-side down in a skillet until golden and crispy on both sides. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with a side salad or dipping sauce. To make it low carb, use a low-carb wrap or lettuce leaves.
