- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Optional: diced jalapeños or hot sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix until creamy.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread an equal amount of filling onto the centers. Top with spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom to the top. For a crispy finish, cook seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve warm.
Notes
Chill the filling for 30 minutes before assembling for easier handling. Customize with jalapeños or hot sauce for heat. Serve with dipping sauce if preferred.
