A comforting casserole that combines shredded turkey, broccoli, and cheese in a delicious one-dish meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, steamed broccoli, cooked rice or pasta, half of the cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs on top, if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or bell peppers.
