Ingredients

  • 9 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cherry flavored gelatin powder (like Jell-O)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and stir until completely smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the cherry gelatin powder and stir until dissolved.
  5. Add red food coloring for color, if desired.
  6. Pour the Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
  7. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently toss to coat.
  8. Combine powdered sugar and crushed graham crackers in a resealable plastic bag.
  9. Add the coated cereal to the bag and shake until well-coated.
  10. Spread the mixture on wax paper to cool.
  11. Once cooled, break apart into pieces and store in an airtight container.
