- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cherry flavored gelatin powder (like Jell-O)
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- Red food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add the softened cream cheese and stir until completely smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Add the cherry gelatin powder and stir until dissolved.
- Add red food coloring for color, if desired.
- Pour the Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently toss to coat.
- Combine powdered sugar and crushed graham crackers in a resealable plastic bag.
- Add the coated cereal to the bag and shake until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture on wax paper to cool.
- Once cooled, break apart into pieces and store in an airtight container.
