Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy spinach sauce.
- Cook for 2 more minutes until heated through.

Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. You can add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor.
