- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 pound of chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and add the cooked ramen noodles. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Use fresh, seasonal vegetables for the best flavor and texture. Feel free to substitute chicken with shrimp, tofu, or beef if desired.
