Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and add the cooked ramen noodles. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
