  • 3 large eggs

  • ⅔ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Prep the Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13-inch pan with baking spray, line with parchment paper, and spray again.
  2. Make the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat until combined. Mix in dry ingredients just until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips. Set aside.
  3. Make the Brownie Batter: In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt butter and chopped chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar. Then whisk in eggs one at a time. Stir in cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla. Fold in flour with a spatula.

Notes
