Description

Fun and tasty chocolate cups filled with hot chocolate and topped with marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • Disposable cups
  • Melted milk chocolate
  • Candy canes
  • Cocoa powder
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Slowly melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into the disposable cups. Swirl the cups so the chocolate spreads around the sides.
  3. Let the chocolate set. For a more stable cup, repeat this process to add another layer of chocolate.
  4. Carefully remove the cups from the molds.
  5. Pour a bit more melted chocolate into the cups and place candy canes inside. Let it dry.
  6. Add 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder to each chocolate cup and top with mini marshmallows.
  7. Drizzle a little melted chocolate over the marshmallows to help them stick.
  8. Decorate with more melted chocolate and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
  9. Dip the cups themselves in more melted chocolate to decorate.
  10. To make hot chocolate, place one cup in hot milk, wait a bit, and stir well.

Notes

Ensure chocolate is fully melted for a smooth finish. Store in an airtight container and avoid refrigerating.
