- 1 package Saltine crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange the Saltine crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour the caramel over the Saltine crackers, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the white chocolate chips on top. Let them sit for a few minutes until melted, then spread the chocolate evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together. Sprinkle this mixture over the melted chocolate.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces. Enjoy!
