Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 packet active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 large egg
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk (if needed)

Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt.
In another bowl, warm milk and melted butter, then add the egg.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and knead until smooth, aiming for a soft, slightly tacky dough.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Roll out dough and spread with the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll tightly and place in a greased loaf pan.
Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter, then add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add milk one tablespoon at a time for desired consistency.
Once the loaf cools, drizzle with frosting and serve.
