Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet and heat a pizza stone if you have one.
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking sheet and roll the pizza dough into a rectangle of even thickness.
  3. Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and brush it over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning over the dough.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the cheese sticks rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with marinara sauce.

Notes

For best results, use low-moisture mozzarella and let refrigerated dough sit at room temperature before rolling. Adjust seasoning and dipping sauces based on preference.
