- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet and heat a pizza stone if you have one.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking sheet and roll the pizza dough into a rectangle of even thickness.
- Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and brush it over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning over the dough.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let the cheese sticks rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with marinara sauce.
Notes
For best results, use low-moisture mozzarella and let refrigerated dough sit at room temperature before rolling. Adjust seasoning and dipping sauces based on preference.
