Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, olive oil, baking powder, salt, dried herbs, and egg. Mix until a rough dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface, divide into 8 pieces, and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil or an egg wash, and sprinkle with extra herbs or salt if desired.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Check at 18 minutes to avoid overbaking.
- Let cool slightly on a rack for 5 minutes before serving.
