Ingredients

- 1 package crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fold gently to maintain crab texture.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Spoon 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Fold sides in slightly and roll from the wide end to the point. Tuck the pointed end under.
- Place on the baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm.
Notes
Handle the crab gently to preserve texture. For a different flavor, swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt.
