- Mayo (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 6 hamburger patties.
- Grill the patties to your desired doneness, checking the internal temperature for accuracy.
- Serve the burgers on hamburger buns, topped with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo, along with your choice of additional toppings.
Notes
Use high-quality ground chuck for best flavor. Don’t skip the dimple in the patties to prevent puffing during cooking.
