Description

A refreshing cocktail that combines tart cranberry, bright lemon, and herby thyme, topped with a fluffy vanilla foam.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Club soda, to top
  • Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
  • For the vanilla foam:
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Shake well.
  2. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda.
  3. To make the vanilla foam, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. Spoon the foam over the cocktail and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme. Enjoy!

Notes

Make the foam shortly before serving. Over-sweetened? Add more simple syrup. Too tart? Adjust to taste.
