Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cranberries (dried or fresh)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for baking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, onion, garlic, parsley, sage, thyme, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet drizzled with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
