- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup blue cheese (or ranch dressing)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and position a rack in the center.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese (or ranch), half of the cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly, optionally broiling for 1-2 minutes for a crispier top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a quick assembly. Soften cream cheese in the microwave if too firm. For variations, reduce buffalo sauce for a milder dish, or substitute blue cheese with ranch for a milder flavor.
