A no-churn ice cream combining creamy sweetness with tart cherry goodness and dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pitted and chopped fresh cherries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (optional)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
- Cook the cherries in a saucepan with sugar (if using) for 5-7 minutes until tender, then cool.
- Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with vanilla extract.
- Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture gently.
- Fold in half the cooked cherries and chopped chocolate.
- Swirl in the remaining cherries for texture.
- Pour into a loaf pan, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or until set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for best texture. Enjoy within 1-2 weeks for optimal taste.
