- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and sauté until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
To make it creamier, add more Greek yogurt or Parmesan cheese. Consider adding red pepper flakes for spice.
