- 8 oz twisted pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle extra Parmesan on top when serving.
