Ingredients

  • 8 oz twisted pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
