Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Allow the cream to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
