- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Allow the cream to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked tagliatelle pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the creamy garlic sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or a dairy-free cream alternative. You can also add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
