  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, stirring until wilted.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta, tossing until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan if desired.
