- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. Add more vegetables or experiment with different cheeses for variety.
