Add the pasta and broth to the pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes, until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
