- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the pasta and broth to the pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes, until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
