Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup ranch dressing (adjust to preference)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese, mixing until combined.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer in the sauce for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter sauce, use low-fat ranch and reduce the Parmesan slightly. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
