- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup ranch dressing (adjust to preference)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese, mixing until combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer in the sauce for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter sauce, use low-fat ranch and reduce the Parmesan slightly. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
