- 4 pork chops
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a slow cooker, combine ranch dressing mix, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Stir until well mixed.
- Add pork chops to the slow cooker, coating them with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or until pork is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For best results, add sour cream at the end of cooking to prevent separation. This recipe also freezes well.
