Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, sautéing until the mushrooms are soft.
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and drain.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet with mushrooms.
- Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and add smoked paprika; stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Make sure to sauté the garlic until fragrant but not burned, as burnt garlic can taste bitter. Adjust the amount of smoked paprika based on your taste preference.
