Description
Delicious wraps filled with tender chicken, melted mozzarella, and fresh spinach, all made healthy in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 large chicken breasts (Approximately 1 pound total)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (Optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer. On each tortilla, place a layer of fresh spinach, a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, and the cooked chicken strips.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling. Spray the outside of each wrap lightly with olive oil spray. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket seam-side down.
- Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and golden.
- Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Slice each wrap in half and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
Best served warm; can be paired with ranch dressing or a light salad.
