- 1 box Angel cake mix
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
- Slice prepared angel food cake into 1-inch thick slabs and then into cubes. Set aside on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- For the wet station, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Heat 4-6 cups of oil in a pot to 350-375°F while preparing a plate lined with paper towels.
- Dip cake cubes into the wet batter, coat in dry batter, and fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a dish and coat warm churro bites. Transfer to a serving platter.
- Optionally, serve with dipping sauces like chocolate ganache or salted caramel.

Best served warm; can store in an airtight container for up to 4 days refrigerated or freeze for 2 months. Reheat in a 350°F oven.
