Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Transfer the broccoli to a serving dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired, and serve with lemon wedges.
