  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli florets.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the hot broccoli immediately after cooking. Serve with lemon wedges.
