- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli florets.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the hot broccoli immediately after cooking. Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For best results, ensure broccoli is completely dry before oiling, and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
