Ingredients

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cheddar, mozzarella, dill pickles, and garlic powder. Mix until cohesive.
  2. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into small discs or nuggets about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  3. For optional crunch, roll each nugget in breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and arrange bites, baking for 10–15 minutes.
  5. For air frying, preheat to 350°F (175°C) and cook for 8–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve immediately while hot and gooey.
